Our Privacy Policy
W.I.N. Systems, Sure Thing Selections & surethingselections.com does not
nor will we ever share your information with any other business. We strongly respect your
right to privacy. As such we collect virtually no personal information of
any kind. Any information given us by you voluntarily will be kept in the
strictest confidence. We are a small business and only two people have
access to this information at any given time and to make it completely
secure none of it is electronically stored. Information stored on disk or on
paper is either password protected or locked in a secure file.
Email, phone
numbers & snail mail lists:
We do not sell our e-mail lists our any client phone number or snail mail
lists either. If you join our mailing list we assure you we will never give
out your contact information in any way shape or form unless required to do
so by court order. We disdain SPAM & comply to all the regulations regarding
the SPAM act. As an aside we make very few mailings throughout the course of
the year so it is rare you will get e-mail from us to begin with.
Credit card &
payment method privacy:
We retain no credit card information nor do we collect it ourselves. We use
Paypal & their secure servers. When purchases our made from our business or
site we do not have access to what payment method you are using or any
credit card numbers whatsoever. In the event you are paying for services by
check or cash the only records we keep of these transactions are for tax
purposes. We do not & are not able to keep track of account numbers.
